[ARCHIVED] Roblox Club For Ages 8-18 Meets Monthly at Show Low Library

Participants vote for favorite game to play during club meeting

SHOW LOW, Ariz. (August 20, 2018) – Youth, ages 8 to 18, are invited to join other virtual explorers in the Roblox Club to play games, create adventures, role play and learn with their friends in a family-friendly, immersive, 3-D environment at Show Low Public Library, 181 N. 9th Street. The Roblox Club meets the first Friday of every month beginning September 7 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. in the library’s computer lab. No registration is required but parents must sign permission slips in front of a library employee for each participant. The class will be filled until full on a first-come, first-served basis.

           

What is Roblox? It is one of the largest user-generated online gaming platform, rated as the #1 gaming site for kids and teens with more than 15 million games built by Roblox users. Favorite games will be chosen by vote and played during the club meeting on September 7. At future club meetings, participants may explore collaborating and designing new gaming adventures to play in user-created virtual worlds.
