In accordance with A.R.S. §9-499.15, notice is hereby given that the Show Low City Council will consider modifying fees for animal control and police administrative services on January 16, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Show Low Council Chambers located at 181 N. 9th Street in Show Low, Arizona.
Information about the proposed fees is available at the City Clerk’s office at 180 N. 9th Street, Show Low, Arizona, during normal business hours and on the City’s website at www.showlowaz.gov
Background:
Fees for dog licenses, other animal control fees, and police administrative fees, were established by the Show Low City Council on June 4, 1985, were revised in 2004 and again in 2010. The City proposes to revise the fees to adapt to staffing costs to perform the services provided.
The increased fees will be imposed pursuant to Section 2.35.010 of the Show Low City Code. If passed, the new fees will be effective February 15, 2024.
