Do sheds require a building permit?: If the shed is less than 200 square feet in size and will not have any utilities like electricity or water a building permit is not required. However, we do offer a complimentary shed permit to ensure that your shed meets setbacks and is not placed within any easements.

1. Do I need a building permit?: If you are adding onto your home or business, adding/removing walls, adding/removing electric, adding/removing plumbing, a building permit is required. Please contact us at (928) 532-4050 for any additional questions regarding building permit requirements.

3. Do fences require a permit ?: No, fences do not require a permit. However, we do offer a complimentary fence permit to ensure that your fence meets setbacks requirements and is not placed within any easements.

4. Do decks or porches require a building permit?: Any decks or porches that are over 30 inches in height above grade or have a cover/roof require a building permit.

5. Do I need a building permit to replace siding or shingles?: No, however if you are replacing your roof or roof sheeting a building permit is required.

6. Do I need a permit to replace doors/windows?: No, if you are replacing doors/windows with like for like a permit is not required. A permit is required if you are installing any NEW doors/windows.

8. What types of payments to you accept?: We accept cash, check and credit cards (Discover, Master Card and Visa). Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept American Express.
