  3. CHRISTMAS COOKIE EXCHANGE

    December 14, 2018, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM @ Library Event Room

    To celebrate the holiday season, make homemade cookies to share with others in a Christmas Cookie Exchange at Show Low Public Library on Friday, December 14 from 10 - 11 a.m. Adults 18 years and older must register by Friday, December 7 in order to participate. Sign up in person at the library’s customer service desk or call (928) 532-4070. Each participant will be notified after December 7 of the number of cookies to bring to the event; this number is dependent on the number of people who register. The greater number of registrants, the greater number of delicious cookies to take home!

    This new book club involves reading an exciting mystery that involves food! Read the book, discuss the story and enjoy a special treat from a recipe from the book. Books are available for check-out at the customer service desk. Each month, a volunteer from the club will pick the next book and bring the treat to share!   5. POLAR EXPRESS NIGHT

    December 21, 2018, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM @ Library

    The Polar Express is due to arrive at Show Low Public Library on Friday, December 21st! There will be three session boarding times starting at 6:15 PM, 6:45 PM, & 7:15 PM. A ticket is required to attend this event. Stop by the Library starting December 1st to pick up a ticket for each child 12 and under. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis. Please be at the Library 15 minutes prior to your boarding time! Bring the whole family to experience The Polar Express read to you by Chief Shelley with Show Low Police Department and Fire Chief Savage with Timber Mesa Fire Department, visit with Santa, and enjoy hot chocolate and Christmas cookies.
