Post Impound Hearing
The Post Impound Hearing is solely for the purpose of determining the validity of the impoundment. The hearing will be scheduled within 5 working days of the request.
Hearing Officer
The Show Low Police Department will assign the hearing officer.
If the hearing officer finds that the impoundment was inappropriate, the Show Low Police Department will be responsible for the towing and impound fees.
If the hearing officer finds that the impoundment was appropriate under ARS §28-872, the registered owner or interested party must pay towing and storage charges to the towing company in order to have the vehicle released.
