Bundles promote early literacy and are perfect for busy parents
SHOW LOW, Ariz. (May 26, 2016) – Busy parents and caregivers can now check out themed library books for children called “Book Bundles,” packaged together in an easy-carry case, from Show Low Public Library, 181 N. 9th Street. To promote early literacy, each bundle contains age-appropriate picture books featuring one topic, such as super-heroes or princesses. Some are educational in nature, such as potty training, with an additional resource book for parents on the same subject.
This project is supported by the Arizona State Library, Archives & Public Records, with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services. For more information, call (928) 532-4070, go to www.showlowaz.gov/library or email library@showlowaz.gov.
