SHOW LOW, Ariz. (June 21, 2016) – The location of the Cedar Fire public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 21, at 5:30 p.m. has been moved to the LDS Stake Center, 1401 W. Deuce of Clubs. Representatives from the White Mountain Apache Tribe and the Southwest Incident Management Team will give an update on current and anticipated fire activity and answer questions from the public. Based on the overwhelming number of interested citizens that attended yesterday’s meetings at Hon-Dah and the Blue Ridge High School auditorium, meeting organizers have opted for a larger venue. Maximum capacity in Show Low’s Council Chambers is 139. The meeting will be shown live simultaneously on Show Low TV (cable channel 56), showlowtv.com and Show Low TV’s page on YouTube. A reminder that pre-evacuation notices remain in effect for Show Low, Pinetop-Lakeside, Fort Apache, Hon-Dah, McNary and Cedar Creek.
