Free workshops are limited to 20 participants
SHOW LOW, Ariz. (February 23, 2015) – We all hear about the benefits of eating healthful food, and parents can learn tips specifically geared toward children at free parent education classes on Thursday, March 12, from 10:15 to 10:45 a.m. and Wednesday, March 18, from 9:15 to 9:45 a.m. at Show Low Public Library, 181 N. 9th Street. An instructional specialist from The University of Arizona Navajo County Cooperative Extension will be on hand to present the information. Although there is no cost to enroll, attendance is limited to 20 per class on a first come, first served basis.
