[ARCHIVED] Racing Season Continues Through October

All ages and bikes welcome

SHOW LOW, Ariz. (October 4, 2018) – Join the excitement as the fall BMX season continues until the end of October at the Show Low BMX track at Nikolaus Homestead Park, 1001 E. Mills. All races are held on Saturday and are USA/BMX-sanctioned, with registration and a practice run from 3 to 4 p.m. and the races beginning as soon as race track preparations are completed. Here is October’s race lineup:

- Oct. 6 – single-point race

- Oct. 13 – Bob Warnicke Scholarship Race

- Oct. 20 – single-point race

- Oct. 27 – Halloween race

            There will be race classifications by age groups for novice, intermediate and expert riders. Cost per participant is $10 per race classification. For those who have never raced before, a one-day FREE introductory membership is available for the chance to experience the sport. Loaner bikes and helmets will be available.
