The White Mountain Fire Coordination Group met on Thursday, July 15, 2021, to discuss current weather and fire conditions. They determined that recent precipitation conditions and rainfall have allowed restrictions to be lifted for the City of Show Low and surrounding areas. This means that citizens are once again allowed to participate in previously prohibited activities outlined under the restrictions notice. At this time, there are no fire restrictions in place.
Fire Safety is always a high priority for the City of Show Low. While restrictions are lifted, we ask our citizens and visitors to stay vigilant in helping to prevent forest fires by exercising caution while enjoying recreational activities in our area.
