1. Is my property zoned for horses?

One horse is allowed for every twenty thousand square feet of usable area per parcel; horses shall be kept fifty (50) feet or more from an occupied structure, unless the structure is occupied by the owner or person in control of such animal.

Ten chickens, geese, turkeys, rabbits, per twenty thousand square feet of usable area, unless located in an agricultural zoning district; such animals shall be kept fifty (50) feet or more from an occupied structure, unless the structure is occupied by the owner or person in control of such animals.

3. Where can I find what a property is zoned?

Click the link for the City of Show Low Zoning map. Enter the address in the search bar in the upper left corner of the map page, and click the magnifying glass, it will automatically zoom to the property you have searched for where there will be a zoning district indicated on the map.
