The City will be hosting a shred-a-thon event for
residents on Saturday, October 12 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at City Hall parking lot.
This shredding event will be an effortless way for residents to discard and shred
confidential paperwork they no longer want to store. Participants are limited to five boxes
of shredding items each. Residents can simply drive through the City Hall (180 N. 9th
Street) south parking lot, where event volunteers will take the papers to be shredded from
the trunk of the participants vehicle and place them into the shredder container. For more
